European Universities
European Universities are transnational alliances that are intended to become the universities of the future, promoting European values and identity and revolutionizing the quality and competitiveness of European higher education. To achieve this important step forward, the European Commission is testing different cooperation models for European Universities with calls for proposals under the Erasmus+ programme. Andalusian universities have successfully participated in this project leading four european consortia: ARQUS (University of Granada), SEA-EU (University of Cádiz), ULYSSEUS (University of Seville) and UNIgreen (University of Almería).
These initiatives place Andalusia in the European leadership of university innovation. In order to support the universities in assuring the quality of all the activities and goals proposed in the consortia, the Agency has set up a working group with representatives of the andalusian universities, which has started its work on October 2020
