The hours of operation of the telephone service are as follows:
• Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., uninterrupted, except holidays.
• Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., except holidays.
• December 24 and 31 and January 5, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., except Sundays.
Outside these hours, the service will be provided through a voice mailbox where the interested party may leave a recording of his query. Subsequently, during the working hours indicated above, a reply will be provided.
