Functions

a) To approve the proposal for the initial plan of action and to approve the multi-annual strategic plans of the Agency and, where appropriate, their modifications.
b) To approve the Agency's annual activity report.
c) To approve the proposal for the list of posts of the Agency.
e) To approve the proposal for the Agency's public employment offer, which will be integrated into the Public Employment Offer of the Regional Government of Andalusia.
f) To propose the training plans for the personnel in the service of the Agency.
g) To be aware of the agreements that the Agency concludes.
h) To approve the Plan for Equality in Employment.
i) To approve its own internal operating regulations.
j) Other competences and functions that are attributed to it in the Statutes, those that are determined in other applicable provisions, as well as those that are delegated to it.
